WHY YOGA?

Yoga enhances balance, stability, concentration, and functional mobility. Having these as part of your overall conditioning can increase performance and decrease the risk of injury.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Andrea is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance RYT200 and a triathlete. She started practicing yoga as a child, got a certification in 2006 and started working with children, in 2008 she started teaching pre-natal classes and in 2017 she finally went for the 200 hour certification.

Andrea combines her passion for three sports (swim, bike, run) with her passion for yoga to bring a unique style of classes that focus on triathletes and their needs to stretch, strengthen and condition muscles to prevent injuries
